work4u: get 1:1 support for the German job market

Hello everybody!

We would like to draw your attention to the initiative “work4u“.
This initiative is a project of the nationwide non-profit organization JOBLINGE.

JOBLINGE supports young adults who are looking for a connection to the working world.

Since 2008, they have helped more than 13,000 young people find their way into the job market – with a placement rate of 75 percent.

Since 2016, they have also launched the “Kompass” program, in which they qualify young refugees with little language skills for training in Germany and place them in it.

The Joblinge network already includes 2400 companies, 2700 volunteer supporters* and 50 public sponsors nationwide.
JOBLINGE is a joint initiative of the Boston Consulting Group and the Eberhard von Kuenheim Foundation of BMW AG.

Now you’re getting in the game:

Ukrainian refugees looking for a job in Germany can register at Реєстрація біженців ( on work4u.org).

You will receive 1:1 support from trained and experienced volunteers in finding your way around the German job market. The volunteers speak Ukrainian and/or Russian. There are no costs, no qualifications are required and no knowledge of German or English is necessary.
