Update from the event on 20.07.23:
To find out exactly how your e.g. Ukrainian diploma can be recognised in Saxony, you should contact an organisation called IBAS.
Write an email to anerkennung@exis.de and ask them to provide you with a counselling protocol. This is the name of the document that describes the procedure for recognising your individual qualification. Include a legible copy of your certificates and, if available, your work history and a completed IBAS Check questionnaire. Make yourself comfortable and wait for about a month. That’s how long it takes for the counselling record to be drawn up. You can then send it to the job centre, where they will read it and discuss the next steps with you to get your degrees and qualifications recognised.
